The fruit is 50% sourced from the Shady Lagoon Estate vineyard with remainder from Red Brick vineyard on the east side of Osoyoos lake. Fermented separately, both fermentations and aging are completed in concrete. Upon a swirl in the glass, lush white peach with lime-grapefruit lurking in the wings dominate the aromas. Same flavours are further enhanced by a creamed yellow apple and all embraced by a high-pitched lemon curd finish.
